AI & Intelligent Automation
Useful AI.
Human control.
Our AI and workflow automation services help teams handle repetitive, information-heavy work. We build knowledge assistants, document workflows, and system integrations, with evaluation, human review, and fallback behaviour shaped around the task.
Focused expertise. One connected team.
A useful step in the workflow.
- Find the task
- Test the value
- Keep oversight
The right starting point
Repetitive work deserves a better approach.
Businesses with high-volume processes, knowledge work, support operations, or data trapped across tools.
This could be for you if…
- Your team spends time finding, sorting, or summarizing information across systems.
- You have a repeatable task with examples that can be used to evaluate an AI approach.
- You need automation with explicit limits, human review, and a plan for exceptions.
What we work toward
Faster handling of repetitive or information-heavy work
AI connected safely to the systems your team already uses
Human review where accuracy and accountability matter
Observable workflows with clear fallback behaviour
What you receive
Clear scope.
Tangible work.
These are typical deliverables, not a fixed bundle. We agree what your project needs, what’s included, and what comes next before work begins.
Opportunity and risk map
Candidate tasks, expected value, data needs, limitations, and reasons to proceed or stop.
Proof of concept
A focused experiment to test the approach against representative inputs and tasks.
Production workflow
The agreed automation connected to your systems, with defined access and fallback paths.
Evaluation framework
Representative test cases and quality criteria for checking output and workflow behaviour.
Human-review controls
Review and approval points for the situations where people need to make the decision.
Monitoring and iteration plan
A plan to observe quality, exceptions, usage, and costs as the workflow evolves.
Connected capabilities
- AI opportunity discovery
- Knowledge assistants
- Document and data workflows
- Customer support automation
- Agentic workflow design
- Model and vendor integration
Working together
A plan before
a promise.
Start with the challenge. We shape the scope, agree the milestones, and keep you close to the work.
Meet our process- 01
Choose a useful problem.
We examine the task, available data, and cost of mistakes. Together, we decide whether AI or a simpler automation is appropriate.
- 02
Test before expanding.
A focused proof of concept is evaluated against representative examples, with visible limitations and criteria for moving forward.
- 03
Connect with control.
We implement the agreed workflow with access boundaries, human review, monitoring, and a way to handle uncertain or failed results.
AI output can be incorrect. Data access, evaluation criteria, review requirements, model costs, and operational limits are agreed for each workflow before production use.
Before we begin
Good questions.
Clear answers.
A little clarity before the conversation.
Have something else in mind?
How do we know whether AI is the right choice?
We compare the task with simpler rules or conventional automation. If AI adds value, we test a focused approach against representative examples. The goal is a useful workflow, not adding AI for its own sake.
How will our business data be handled?
We identify the data the workflow needs, who may access it, and which providers would process it. Provider settings, retention, and any restrictions must be reviewed for the chosen setup. We do not assume every model or vendor offers the same data handling.
Can the workflow act without human approval?
That depends on the action and the consequences of a mistake. We define where approval is required, what the system is allowed to do, and when it should stop or pass work to a person. Those boundaries are part of the design, not an afterthought.
