1. About this policy
This policy explains how D&D Studio collects and uses personal information when you visit dad.studio, contact us, schedule a meeting, request a callback, or discuss a potential project.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the information you provide in an enquiry, including your name, business email, company, project details, budget range, and, only when you request a callback, your telephone number and preferred contact time. We may also receive limited technical and usage information needed to secure, operate, and improve the website.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, evaluate potential engagements, arrange requested callbacks, prepare proposals, operate and secure the website, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Legal basis and retention
Depending on your location, we process information with your consent, to take steps toward a contract, for legitimate business interests, or to comply with law. We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable record-keeping requirements.
5. Service providers and international transfers
We may use vetted providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, and business operations. Because we work internationally, information may be processed outside your country. We take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.
Meeting scheduling uses Cal.com. The embedded calendar loads only after you choose to open it. Information you enter there, such as your name, email, chosen meeting time, and booking notes, is handled by Cal.com and shared with us to arrange the meeting. The service you were viewing may be prefilled in the booking notes; unsent contact-form details are not automatically passed to the scheduler. Calendar and video meeting providers connected to our Cal.com account may also receive information needed to arrange your meeting. See Cal.com’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab). You can use our email or callback form without opening the scheduler.
6. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where applicable. Rights vary by jurisdiction. Email support@dad.studio to make a request.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Our public enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information for this verification. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab). We also use Upstash Redis for short-lived submission counters. These counters use keyed hashes of network addresses or contact identifiers, not the original IP address, email address, telephone number, or message. Counter records expire within one hour. Enquiry delivery uses Resend.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the website and our practices change. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Questions can be sent to support@dad.studio.
This website policy should be reviewed against D&D Studio's final legal entity details and operating practices before public launch.
