How we work

Clear steps.
Visible progress.

From the first conversation to the next release. A connected process that keeps you involved, makes decisions clearer, and turns ideas into working products.

A shared plan. Not a fixed formula.

The process, made clear

Know the next step.
And what you’ll get.

Five connected phases, with a clear purpose for each. The depth and deliverables are shaped around your project, not a checklist for its own sake.

  1. Discover

    Start with what matters.

We get to know your business, your users, and the problem worth solving. Together, we separate what we know from what we still need to learn.

Your partShare your goals, challenges, and what you know about your customers.

    What you leave with

    • A shared product brief
    • Goals and success criteria
    • Key risks and assumptions

    A clearer starting point.

  2. Define

    Decide what comes first.

We turn the findings into a focused scope. Features, technical choices, milestones, and dependencies become a plan everyone can follow.

Your partAgree on the priorities, budget, and tradeoffs before we move forward.

    What you leave with

    • Prioritized features
    • Milestones and delivery plan
    • Technical direction

    A plan with a purpose.

  3. Design

    Make the idea tangible.

We map the important journeys and turn them into screens you can explore. Prototypes help us test the experience and refine the details before development.

Your partTry the prototype, share feedback, and help us validate the key journeys.

    What you leave with

    • A clickable prototype
    • Core screen designs
    • Reusable design guidelines

    An experience you can explore.

  4. Engineer

    Build progress you can see.

We build in manageable increments, connecting the interface, systems, and integrations. You review working software while we test, refine, and document it.

Your partReview each milestone, try the working product, and resolve open decisions.

    What you leave with

    • Working software
    • Testing and quality checks
    • Technical documentation

    A product taking shape.

  5. Launch & grow

    Launch with a way forward.

We prepare the release, check the essentials, and hand over the agreed assets and knowledge. Together, we plan support and improvements informed by real use.

Your partConfirm launch readiness and agree on who owns support and next steps.

    What you leave with

    • Release and handover
    • Agreed monitoring setup
    • Prioritized next improvements

    Ready for the next chapter.

Progress isn’t always a straight line. We revisit earlier decisions when testing or new information gives us a better answer.

Built with you

You see the work.
Not just the finish.

Good delivery is a conversation, not a big reveal. You stay close to the progress and the decisions that shape it.

ReviewDecideRefine

Regular reviews

See the work as it happens.

Review designs and working software together. We agree a review rhythm at the start so feedback becomes part of delivery.

Visible priorities

Know what’s next, and why.

See what we’re working on, what’s coming up, and what needs a decision. Changes come with a conversation about scope and timing.

Release readiness

Check the details before launch.

Review functionality, accessibility, performance, security needs, and operations against the requirements agreed for your product.

Clear handover

Keep the knowledge with the product.

Receive the agreed code, design assets, documentation, and access, with a practical walkthrough for your team.

Before we begin

A few things
worth knowing.

Every project has its own starting point.
We’ll help you find yours.

Let’s talk it through
Do we need to start from the beginning?

No. If you already have research, designs, or a live product, we review what exists and identify the right starting point. The process adapts to the work you actually need.

How long will the project take?

The timeline depends on the scope, complexity, integrations, and decisions involved. We agree milestones after understanding the work, and explain how scope changes or dependencies may affect them.

What happens after launch?

We agree on handover, support responsibilities, and any ongoing work before release. Maintenance, monitoring, and further improvements can be scoped separately so you know what is included.
